POEM SALUTING MY COUSIN VELMA GRACE

Salute to My Cousin VG

My Cousin VG

By Don Henderson 2/16/2006

 She was my cousin, my

Sister in Christ, my friend

Yet she was much more,

To me than kin

 Velma Grace was,

someone to lean upon

during troubled time

Someone to laugh with,

She was the happy kind.

 Her own problems she

always put aside

She stood by us as we

Laughed or cried

We’re here to celebrate

Her life today

Her life, said it all much

More than I could say

Gentle and kind,

Helpful and thoughtful

To all

Always there for us, if

We were to call

Velma was what all of

Us should be

She forgave and forgot

All past history

She was there for the

Sick, the misunderstood

Especially family

Whenever I needed her

She was there for me.

I salute Grace today

And bid her an Earthly

Farewell, praying

For the day

When I can say hello in

A heavenly way

May God bless us in

The time of our sorrows

As angels celebrate her

Heavenly tomorrows

You have for today

Velma Grace

Finished your Earthly

Race

And may we all follow

The path that

you have Run

So that we too may hear

Welcome, Good and

Faithful servant

WELL DONE!!

Good way of explaining, and fastidious post to take data about my presentation subject, which i am going
    to convey in academy.
